Time Zone

All private sittings are scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST).

Please ensure you check your time zone before booking a private sitting with Cindy.

Private sittings are available in person, over the phone, Skype, Facebook Messenger, and Zoom.
Scheduling & Payments
All payments must be received in advance before a private sitting is scheduled. If payment is not received, the session will not be booked
.
NOTE: Please note that all purchases are final and there are no refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Cindy has a 24-hour cancellation policy based on the scheduled appointment time. Clients may cancel within this timeframe and receive a refund.
It is the client’s responsibility to contact Cindy directly to cancel any session.
Late Clients
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will have their session automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
If you are late, Cindy will not be able to extend or provide the full session time. Promptness is required for all private sittings.
For in-person sessions, please arrive no more than 10 minutes early.
Friends & Children
Please contact Cindy in advance if you wish to bring a friend or child to your session, as additional people may affect the energy and reading.
Cindy discourages the presence of children under the age of 16 during readings and reserves the right to cancel the session if prior approval was not obtained.
